Restaurants are the unsung heroes of A Taste of Newark.
It is their delicious fare, outstanding presentation and exquisite service that keep guests returning each year. Those that support the event provide sampling/tasting dishes for approximately 400 people, ranging from appetizers to soups, from salads to entrees, and, yes, desserts. Restaurants and caterers come from around the city of Newark and the surrounding suburbs.
