Dr. Amanda Occhipinti is the owner and Clinic Director of Integrated Health Center in Watchung, NJ, and acupuncturist for the New York Jets Football Team.
As a third-generation holistic practitioner, natural healing was integral to Dr. Amanda’s upbringing. From a very young age, Dr. Amanda wanted to help others access the body’s intrinsic ability to heal. After graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Behavioral Science, Dr. Amanda began questioning a career choice involving pharmaceutical treatment over natural solutions. Then, a serious car accident left Dr. Amanda plagued by constant pain, fatigue, migraines, mood swings, and anxiety for years. After her first acupuncture treatment, she experienced a seismic shift in her recovery, and after additional treatments, her energy began to improve, her pain dissipated, and her emotions eventually stabilized. This experience set Dr. Amanda on the path to becoming a natural healer.
Dr. Amanda is a Nationally Board-Certified Acupuncturist, Microneedling and Cosmetic Acupuncture Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She holds a master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine and a Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is also the mother of two young boys.
