Taking [back] control over our attention to bring emotional balance and well being.
Our most valuable asset in the year 2020 is our attention - it determines what our reality looks like, how we feel on a day-to-day basis and how we show up in our relationships at home and outside of it. As women, we have never been in a more empowered place in history, but the roles our devices, apps and social media play have the potential to throw us off-track - unless we teach ourselves how to wield these resources so that they serve us. Using the research-backed tools from the fields of positive psychology and emotional intelligence, this workshop will teach particpants to uplift each other and empower themselves to choose how they want to use the gift that is technology.
