Each year, Link Education Partners hosts three special annual fundraising events.
A Taste of Newark: Each November, the Link community gathers to celebrate the school in a special event that has become not just Link’s signature event, but an event that captures the spirit of Newark’s renaissance. The event features tastings of fine food from area restaurants and caterers, student performances, an alumnus speech, and generally an honoree presentation.
Link’s Annual Golf Outing: Each July, Link runs a golf outing to increase awareness about Link Community Charter School and raise critical dollars to make its operations possible. We’re hosting our 13th Annual Golf Outing this year at the Metedeconk National Golf Club in Jackson, New Jersey.
Link Women’s Committee Mind, Body, Spirit Breakfast: Each spring, women – friends of Link and their guests – are invited with Link Community Charter School female students to enjoy a healthy breakfast and to be inspired and renewed by workshops and speakers whose presentations are geared to nurturing the body, mind and spirit.
